You should have: Proven experience as a Hard Landscaper Skills in paving, brickwork, timberwork, and stone masonry Ability to read and interpret landscape designs and blueprints Strong knowledge of landscaping materials and how to use them Excellent attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Strong communication and teamwork skills A valid drivers license What will your role look like? Execute hard landscaping projects, including patios, pathways, driveways, retaining walls, water features, and other structural elements Interpret landscape designs and blueprints, implementing them effectively Prepare and level the ground, install drainage systems, and lay foundations Select and source high-quality materials such as stone, brick, and timber Operate and maintain tools and machinery required for landscaping tasks Collaborate with the landscaping team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the clients satisfaction Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe working environment Whats next?
