Salary: £48,202 rising to £51,308 per annum
Salary is made up of a base pay of £44,075 rising by annual increments to £47,181 with an additional Market Force Supplement of £4,127 (subject to annual review).

Hours: Full Time - 37 hours per week
Location: The service encourages flexible working and is open to flexible working options. The role will be based at either Dorchester Support Offices, Poundbury OR Trowbridge Fire Station with the flexibility to work from home / DWFRS Stations / Support Offices and we would welcome a conversation with the successful candidate on what type of flexible working arrangement will work best for you. There will be a requirement to travel across Dorset and Wiltshire approximately 1- 2 days a week for key activities and meetings.

We are recruiting for a Senior Building Surveyor (Projects) to join our Assets Team where we value the teams knowledge and expertise. You would be working on some of the most exciting and prestigious projects across Dorset and Wiltshire. As a team we pride ourselves on delivering excellence for our communities and the environment.
Day to day you would be working on future strategic projects to align with our community safety plan. Your property portfolio will range from fire stations to corporate offices. You will play a pivotal role in supporting key stakeholder relationships and the feasibility of future projects, seeing these projects through to their completion.
