JOB DESCRIPTION
EcoSure is a division of Ecolab and a global leader in food safety and brand protection. We are currently seeking a freelance Food Safety & Brand Standard Auditor in the Salisbury area.
In this role, you will support food service brands by conducting on-site audits and providing consulting to ensure alignment with brand standards and to enhance the guest experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Conducting food safety, health & hygiene, and brand standard audits at client sites
2. Providing consulting to clients on food safety and hygiene best practices
3. Maintaining strong client relationships
Minimum Qualifications:
4. Level 4 Food Safety qualification
5. Based in or near the assigned territory
6. Must have access to a vehicle and hold a full, clean driving licence
7. Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends
8. Previous auditing experience
Skills and Requirements:
9. Food safety certifications preferred (. HACCP, ISO 22000, BRCGS)
10. Proven experience in food safety auditing (. retail, hotel F&B, convenience stores)
11. Strong relationship management skills
12. Ability to work independently with initiative, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving skills
13. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
This position will partner with Ecolab on an independent consulting basis. No immigration sponsorship available.
