Brighton Agency is looking for a Social Media Content Creator with equal parts passion and skill. This role is about more than just making posts — it’s about helping our clients’ brands come alive in ways that feel authentic, surprising and scroll-stopping.
We need a creator who thrives at the intersection of strategy and craft: someone who can ideate, design and produce social content that resonates. You should bring a strong portfolio of digital work, a love of social trends, and the ability to move quick like a bunny when deadlines call for it. Most importantly, you’re a team player who pushes boundaries while staying grounded in what’s best for our clients.
What you’ll do
* Create content that is engaging, authentic and on‑brand for a mix of clients across pet care, consumer products and agriculture
* Stay sharp on the latest social media trends, tools and best practices — especially on TikTok
* Use Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut with ease; motion graphics and video editing are second nature to you
* Capture high‑quality visuals (basic photography/videography skills required)
* Develop and curate content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X, including copy, images and video
* Mine platforms for new engagement opportunities with customers, fans and influencers
* Support the social media Team with ideation, strategy and live event coverage
* Travel as needed to capture live content and keep our clients present in the moment
* Work collaboratively with the team and adjust quickly to feedback
What you bring
* 1–3 years’ experience in social media or marketing with an agency or in‑house brand team
* A portfolio that shows off your ability to create across formats: short‑form video, photography, GIFs, live content
* Experience managing branded TikTok accounts is a plus
* Expert knowledge of social platforms and asset requirements
* Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with deadlines that don’t wait
* A team mindset and sense of urgency — we, not I
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, social, design, creative writing or a related field
Nice to have
* Experience with generative AI tools
* Photo retouching chops
* Background with agriculture, consumer products or pet brands
