About the Role
1. Provide support to our customers in their own homes by helping with washing, dressing, food preparation, etc.
2. Person-centred care will be at the heart of everything you do, which may include administering medication in line with a client's care plan – full training will be provided.
3. Help maintain individuals' independence and wellbeing daily.
4. Ensure all relevant documentation is maintained and recorded accurately and promptly.
About you
1. No previous experience or qualifications are required as we will provide comprehensive paid training, shadowing, and support to help you confidently provide outstanding care.
2. A naturally kind, patient, and compassionate person, able to put a smile on clients' faces.
3. Excellent timekeeping skills are essential, as clients rely on you. You should be able to listen and understand clients’ needs while ensuring all tasks are completed.
4. A driving license and your own vehicle are essential due to the locations of the individuals we support.
