We are seeking a reliable and experienced Multi Trade Plumber to work on the Voids Team, preparing empty properties for new tenants. This role is based entirely in South Birmingham and offers secure, long-term employment.
Role Requirements:
* NVQ or JIB qualified in Plumbing
* Experience in void or property turnaround works preferred
* Capable of completing basic multi-trade tasks where needed
* Full UK driving licence (maximum 5 points)
* Willing to undertake a DBS check
