An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our team of rotational specialist clinical pharmacists. This rotational post includes 6-month rotations across specialist areas such as critical care, medicine, surgery, nutrition, paediatrics, and medicines information.
We offer a supportive environment with supervision and training, and potential opportunities for postgraduate qualifications, including independent prescribing.
Main duties:
You will provide expert pharmaceutical knowledge to patients and multidisciplinary teams, assist in maintaining a safe pharmaceutical service, and collaborate with senior staff to develop services and train departmental staff.

Person specification:
Education & Qualifications:
* GPhC Registered
* Certificate in pharmacy practice or equivalent
* Masters Degree
Desirable:
* Diploma in clinical pharmacy
* Independent prescribing qualification
Experience:
* Demonstrable NHS hospital experience
