Who you'll be supporting & more about the role: This Service Leader role provides the opportunity to oversee two supported living services in East Sussex, based in Polegate and Hailsham, each made up of 10 self-contained flats. The services support adults with a range of needs including Autism, Dementia, Physical and Learning Disabilities.. Each person lives in their own home and receives tailored, person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity, choice and community inclusion. You will primarily be based in the office within the Polegate service, while holding overall responsibility for both services. A Deputy Manager, mostly based at the Hailsham service, will support you in day-to-day leadership - creating a strong, collaborative management structure.
