Job title: Assistant Estate Manager - Paddington Central
Location: Paddington Central, London

Purpose: Support the Senior Team in delivering excellent property management services across the Paddington Central Campus, embed the British Land values and seek to deliver continuous improvement. Assist the Senior Estate Manager in the execution of policies and procedures to provide an operationally efficient, safe and innovative environment for occupiers and visitors.
What You’ll Do
Office Administration
* Provide and maintain a welcoming environment for visitors and colleagues within the Campus Management Office.
* Provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team.
* Manage the general running of the site team management office.
* Contribute to projects as required by the Senior Management Team and deliver outputs within agreed timescales.
* Integrate the Campus Platform into campus processes and procedures.
* Demonstrate and promote the British Land values, including: quarterly service partner newsletters, campus recognition schemes, and delivery of team events.
* Become proficient in the use of relevant IT systems; act as a super-user to support and train team members and assist in system improvements.
* Review processes and procedures to streamline and increase efficiency.
* Assist in the preparation of management reports.
* Take responsibility for the budget for the Estate Management Office.
* Coordinate campus team meetings, events, and onboarding.
* Other duties as requested.
Estate Management
* Understand retailer sales and campus footfall systems and produce monthly reporting; ensure retail customers submit sales data weekly.
* Maintain records of compliance in line with operational processes (e.g., Meridian, Cr360, incident logs, fire and access logs, H&S incident reporting).
* Support compliance with health and safety, surveying, property management and accounts procedures.
* Conduct regular audits of estate areas to ensure standards of cleanliness and presentation in public spaces and back-of-house areas.
* Support procurement of services for the estate following company guidelines; coordinate contractor visits for quotation and oversee routine maintenance.
* Act as deputy to the Senior Estate Manager when required and support financial administration tasks.
* Other ad-hoc duties as directed by the Estate Manager.
