A leading manufacturing business in Cornwall is looking to appoint a hands-on Senior Quality Engineer to support continued growth across its operations.

The Role:
This is a highly visible, hands-on position where you’ll work closely with manufacturing, engineering and operational teams to drive quality standards across the site.
You’ll be involved in:
* Leading root cause investigations and implementing corrective actions
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes
* Supporting internal and external audits
* Managing non-conformance and CAPA activities
* Working closely with suppliers and customers on quality-related matters
* Supporting process improvement and quality performance metrics
* Championing a strong quality-first culture across the business
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for an experienced manufacturing Quality Engineer who enjoys being close to the shop floor and making tangible improvements.
You’ll ideally have:
* Proven experience within a manufacturing or production environment
* Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis experience
* Knowledge of quality tools such as CAPA, 8D, FMEA, PPAP or SPC
* Experience working to ISO standards
* A proactive, collaborative and hands-on approach
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across teams
