The RoleAs Head of Programme Delivery, you will:

Represent the organisation at events and conferences across Wales, the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
Identify unmet health and social care needs and translate these into focused innovation programmes.
Lead end-to-end programme and project delivery, from opportunity assessment through to evaluation and benefits realisation.
Produce accurate reports, monitor progress, and ensure programmes achieve defined outputs, outcomes and impacts.
Coach, mentor and support team members, ensuring strong performance and alignment with strategic aims.
Work collaboratively across internal teams to align intelligence, partnerships, communications and economic development activities.
