Yard Person / Shunter with FLT Licence Location: Gatenby, Northallerton (DL7 9 Postcode Area) Manpower is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Yard Person / Shunter with a valid Forklift Truck (FLT) Licence to join our client's team in Gatenby, Northallerton. This long-term, ongoing contract has the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: 60% Loading and Unloading: Efficiently handle pallets on and off trucks. Manual Work & Warehouse Duties: Perform various tasks required to maintain smooth operations. Shunting: Manage and organise the yard. Stock Movement: Use a counterbalance forklift to move stock safely and effectively. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 6am/ 7am start on average 8 to 10 hours shifts Overtime: Available during the week and on weekends, higher pay after 45 hours Pay Rate: £12.95 per hour What We Offer: Free Parking Onsite Free Tea & Coffee Friendly Team Environment Long term contract with regular hours Requirements: Proven experience driving trucks and operating a counterbalance forklift.
