Shield Security Services (Yorkshire) Ltd is recruiting reliable and professional Security Officers to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are vigilant, responsible, and committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Key Duties:
* Conduct regular patrols to prevent unauthorised access
* Monitor CCTV and surveillance systems
* Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies
* Assist with loss prevention and report suspicious activity
* Maintain accurate incident and activity logs
* Enforce security, safety, and company procedures
* Liaise with emergency services when required
* Ensure security equipment is operational and report faults
Requirements:
* Valid UK Driver's Licence (essential)
* Previous security experience preferred but not essential (full training provided)
* Good observation and communication skills
* Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
* First aid knowledge desirable (training available)
* High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism
