We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated ECTs to join a range of welcoming and supportive primary and secondary schools across Southampton from September 2025, in full-time roles.

We Are Looking For:
Enthusiastic and committed ECTs (Primary or Secondary)
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A passion for education and making a positive difference in pupils' lives
Willingness to learn, reflect, and grow professionally
A relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, BA QTS, or equivalent) and eligibility for ECT status by September 2025
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
Commit to your own professional development and the school's ethos
