About the Role
Rostered shifts mix of day (30%) and night (70%). Penalty rates apply.
Drive C‑Class licensed light weight truck.
Operate generators, pumps and hot water pressure washers.
Set up job site with signage and barricades. Protect all surrounding surfaces.
Set up environmental controls including sediment socks, filter pads and operate vacuums.
Work on hardscape surfaces such as pavers, natural stone, granite, concrete, etc.
Prepare surface by cleaning stains, paint, oil, chewing gum, graffiti and line markings with appropriate methods and products.
Apply paints, sealers and coatings by use of sprayers, rollers, polish pads, etc.
Follow and/or implement Safe Work Method Statements. Complete site inductions.
Document proof of services by using iPhone to take photos and videos. Record this evidence and other information on a web‑based application.
Pack up site and clean up tools and equipment. Document and report any repairs, near misses and/or incidents.
About You
You will have experience in all of the skills listed above. Or you will have the commitment to train and develop with our team to achieve competency in skill areas. You will operate as one of the levels that we will assess through your recruitment and training.
Level 1 - Under instruction & supervision
Level 2 - Working independently & give instructions
Level 3 - Leading a team & experienced operator
The operator level reflects salary and remuneration levels within our advertised scale. If you can demonstrate high distinction across multiple skill areas we are open to discuss further salary and/or incentives.

Qualifications
 * Valid driver’s licence (manual preferred)
 * OHS White Card
 * Comfortable using smartphones/tablets (training provided)
 * Working at Heights
 * Elevated Work Platform
 * Rail Industry Safety Induction (RISI)
 * First Aid
 * Certificate III in Painting & Decorating
 * Certificate III in Waterproofing
 * Joint caulk sealing experience
 * High level experience in concrete repair, grinding and patching
 * High level experience in epoxy and flooring coatings
