Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Contract Cleaning Manager to oversee and manage our cleaning contracts across multiple sites.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness, managing cleaning staff, coordinating resources, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to ensure seamless service delivery that meets and exceeds client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Management:
o Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple sites, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
o Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high standards and identify areas for improvement.
o Develop cleaning schedules, manage work orders, and adjust resources to meet fluctuating demands.
* Team Leadership & Development:
1. Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate cleaning staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
