Product Group Manager
Permanent, Hybrid, Full Time, 38.75 hours, Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:30pm

Your new role:
As Product Group Manager you will be accountable for shaping the future direction and commercial success of assigned product groups within the UK business. You will own end-to-end range development and product lifecycle management, ensuring a market-leading portfolio that delivers innovation, relevance, and commercial efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market to continually improve our product proposition
* Ensure effective and consistent product lifecycle management for all items withing your product group(s)
* Leveraging data, insights, and commercial performance metrics to drive informed, strategic, decision-making
* Working across teams and collaborating with marketing, sales and supply chain
What you’ll need to succeed:
* Demonstrable experience in a similar role – proven commercial experience in developing successful strategic product ranges which deliver results
* Customer-oriented, enthusiastic team player with a problem-solving mindset
* Ability to seek out opportunities for improvement, understand the impact and present to multiple audiences in a compelling and proactive manner
* Extensive experience in best-in-class product lifecycle management and implementing this with positive results
* Understanding different market segments; their needs, wants and behaviours, and using this to curate market leading product ranges

This is a full-time, permanent position. Core hours of work are 8:45am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, however, flexibility will be required for this role. The role is being offered with hybrid option meaning you would be site-based Monday and Tuesday and a further third day of your choice, with 2 days from home.
