Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Advisor role based in Dorset, VT. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for guiding potential residents through the sales journey, from initial inquiry to the completion of their purchase.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality customer service, understanding client needs and maintaining long-term relationships.
* Conduct on-site tours and demonstrate the benefits of Regency Living communities.
* Contribute to achieving sales targets and participate in product or sales training programs as required.
Qualifications
* Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members
* Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage and inform clients
* Proven Customer Service skills with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs and concerns
* Sales skills, including the ability to effectively communicate value propositions, close deals, and meet sales targets
* Ability to participate in and apply Training programs to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge
* Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong organizational skills
* Experience in real estate, hospitality, or sales is highly desirable
