Pay Rate: £12.26 per hour
Shift pattern: 8am-8pm including some weekend working
Contract: Part-time 2 days per week (22 hour contract)

With a wide range of amenities, including music rooms, beauty salons, serene lounges, and tranquil courtyards, we focus on creating a holistic and fulfilling experience for our residents.
Your Role as a Care Assistant
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care while promoting their independence, dignity, and individuality. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering Personalized Care: Assisting residents with daily routines, including personal hygiene, dressing, meals, and mobility, ensuring their preferences and dignity are respected.
* Fostering Emotional Well-Being: Building meaningful relationships, providing emotional support, and creating a welcoming and comforting atmosphere for residents and their families.
* Encouraging Engagement: Supporting residents in pursuing hobbies, social activities, and sensory engagement tailored to their interests and abilities.
* Maintaining High Standards: Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and a positive environment across the care home while adhering to regulatory and organizational standards.
* Team Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery, promptly addressing any changes in residents' needs or concerns.
* Professional Development: Participating in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up to date with best practices in health and social care.
