Role: -Materials Laboratory Project Coordinator
Location: -Hertfordshire
Hours: -Mon-Fri (37.5 hours)
Salary: - £32,000 per annum

Russell Taylor Group are on the lookout for an organised and proactive Laboratory Project Manager to coordinate testing projects from start to finish. You will work closely with technicians, internal teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, safely, and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate laboratory test projects
• Allocate work and support test technicians
• Act as the main point of contact for clients
• Manage timelines, sample requests, and testing schedules
• Monitor progress and communicate updates or delays
• Collate test reports for review and approval
The Person
• Experience working in a Physical testing laboratory or testing environment
• Understanding of test procedures, physical testing, or materials/construction products/systems
• Able to organise and deliver testing in line with procedures and regulations
• Confident assessing the accuracy and integrity of test results
• Skilled in producing clear, structured technical reports
• Experience developing or improving testing methods, equipment, or processes
• Self-motivated and strong communicator
• Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Practical problem-solver who can use resources efficiently
