About the Role
Work with all members of the Ward/Department clinical team within the multidisciplinary framework. Maintain a high standard of patient care under the direction of the Ward/Department Sister/Charge Nurse. As a registered nurse on the ward you will be responsible for a cohort of patients, providing bed side care. Working alongside the management team to provide excellent patient care in a supportive environment. Teaching and coaching will be available at all times.
Unit Overview
Dilham Ward (Thoracic and Oesophagogastric Unit) is a specialist surgical unit providing support for thoracic and oesophagogastric patients. The nursing team works closely with therapy and medical staff.

Our hospital site is based just outside of Norwich, surrounded by beautiful countryside, the River Yare and UEA Broad. Norfolk provides a balance of city life, countryside and coastline.
