National Account Manager - FMCG / Grocery
£55,000 + car allowance, bonus, pension, 25 days holiday + BH Hybrid, 1-2 days in office (North West)
We are supporting a leading FMCG business, home to a range of highly recognised brands. The business has grown rapidly in recent years and has ambitious plans to continue expanding its market presence.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead brand strategy and execution across assigned Grocery account portfolio
* Increase product distribution and visibility within key accounts
* Plan and implement promotional activity in line with strategy and customer needs
* Manage pricing, promotions, trading terms, and account investments
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
* Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with key accounts
* Analyse account performance and provide regular reporting
* Lead New Product Development implementation with retailers
What You'll Bring
* Experience in National Account Management within FMCG, managing Grocery accounts
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

* Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally
