The Business Change Manager: Communication & Implementation is accountable for both developing and executing communication plans for transformation led change, while also overseeing the practical implementation process, ensuring smooth transition and adoption by stakeholders through clear messaging and effective communication channels throughout the change process. Reporting to the Snr Business Change Manager - Op Excellence, Comms & Implementation, this role influences the design and delivery of all transformation led change through the application of appropriate tools, techniques and governance templates from the Business Change Framework to ensure that project or programme objectives are met, in line with current strategic priorities. Responsibilities Accountable for delivering the communication, implementation, and engagement plan that embeds and measures the success of all transformation led change Working in close collaboration with the wider Business Change Team and key business stakeholders, ensures that all transformation led change is well planned, communicated and implemented on time, and within budget Accountable for the creation and management of the Business Change activity plan, escalating capacity risks and ensuring its alignment with group strategic priorities Accountable for Process Change and associated document version control including the hosting platform to maintain accuracy and availability Accountable for ensuring visibility of the implementation plan for all transformation led change, including progress and stakeholder user analysis for the wider Business Change team and key stakeholders Ensures transformation led change is clearly communicated with the wider business using appropriate platforms and communication routes aligned to the size of change Accountable for the accuracy and delivery of all internal communications by working closely with the Internal and Operations comms teams, translating complex content for a variety of audiences ensuring consistency, clarity and engagement of messaging across the business Accountable for BAU handover and the ongoing accessibility of documentation and comms needed to sustain the change, and ensure post implementation reviews are completed with outcomes shared This person will be able to evidence a strong understanding and delivery of accurate communications and be able to build the plan that supports right first-time implementation. This person will ideally have business change, project or programme management experience and be able to demonstrate examples of planning and communicating change within a fast-paced environment. This person will have the ability to adapt communication and implementation plans based on changing circumstances and an understanding of change management principles to guide colleagues through change.
