Job Summary
We are looking for a flexible and organised individual to join our team as an Admin & Warehouse Coordinator. This is a varied role that combines general administration, data entry, and warehouse/stock control responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Data Entry
* Enter and maintain accurate records in Excel and internal systems.
* Support the team with general office administration.
* Process basic documentation for orders, deliveries, and returns.
* Assist with generating reports and spreadsheets as required.
Stock Control & Warehouse
* Manage incoming stock and deliveries, liaising with forwarders and couriers.
* Monitor and update stock levels (Zedonk experience is a plus).
* Assist with picking and packing orders when required.
* Help maintain an organised and efficient warehouse.
Customer Care
* Handle customer care and email queries promptly and professionally.
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
* Strong Excel and data entry skills with great attention to detail.
* Previous experience in an admin, stock, or warehouse support role.
* Knowledge of stock management systems and e-commerce/wholesale operations (preferred).
* Organised, adaptable, and proactive with good communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
