Your Housing Group has an exciting opportunity for a full time, permanent Reception and Administrative Officer at our Coops Foyer supported accommodation scheme for 16-25 year olds in Wigan town centre.
The role is based on scheme at Coops Foyer in Wigan Town Centre, and will move to our exiting new Wigan Foyer when this development is completed in the near future.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and approachable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
What will my working week look like?
A Customer Service Officer works a 35hr week, Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm but we ask for some flexibility negotiable hours between 8am-8pm. This can be flexible to suit the right candidate but a level of flexibility is also expected in order to deliver the role around times that meet the needs of the young people in the Foyer.
What will I be responsible for doing?
Provide a reception function to the Scheme, ensuring a positive and professional service to both customers and visitors. You will deliver administrative and clerical support to the team, including collating data for reporting purposes. Oversee the reporting of repairs to Your Response, keeping accurate repair’s records and monitoring completion of works.
You will be responsible for ordering goods and supplies, creating orders and processing invoices through the eFinance/ePayables systems. Due to the nature of our service, this role includes managing a busy reception area.
One of the great things about this role is that you will be part of a interdisciplinary team with years of experience and a passion for supporting young people.
