as an assistant general manager, you’ll be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team + guests. you will support in continuous coaching + developing your team to be the best they can be whilst driving your restaurant performance and deliver amazing results

2. create a culture where all guests feel valued + cared for, you ensure that every interaction reflects exceptional service, whether through your own efforts or by equipping your team with the necessary skills and mindset
3. actively drive sales through your team, creating challenging + achievable targets, supporting the general manager with budgeting, inventory management, labour management + strategic marketing. understanding the business + local area to support commercial decision making
4. a forward-thinking problem solver, able to think on your feet and make quick decisions
5. really want to understand your team + their needs, recognising what drives them, allowing them to nourish + flourish in their role and career
