* Leading the daily operations of your room with confidence and care
* Supporting, guiding, and mentoring your room team
* Planning, delivering, and evaluating high-quality learning experiences
* Building warm, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Ensuring all safeguarding, health & safety, and EYFS standards are met
* Are you ?
* Passionate and enthusiastic with working with children in all aspects of their care, learning and development
* Have a sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
* Have the ability to plan for, deliver, record and assess the elements within the EYFS
* Able to liaise with and report to parents maintaining confidentiality building parent partnerships
