We are seeking to appoint a Pastoral Support Worker to join our dedicated and friendly staff team. As a Pastoral Support worker, you will play an essential role in supporting our children and families across the school community. As part of the role, the successful candidate will offer early pastoral, behavioural and preventative support to our children and families. The role also involves leading parent groups, liaising with external providers, such as Early Help, Social Care and the BCP Inclusion Team, and giving guidance and advice to improve outcomes for children and families within a school context. The role also carries a safeguarding responsibility across the school, so knowledge in this area will be beneficial.
