You’ll be leading a modern, 6-surgery private practice with huge potential for growth, set in beautiful surroundings on the edge of Ashdown Forest. What you’ll get

What you’ll be doing
* Leading, supporting, and developing the practice team
* Overseeing daily operations, compliance, and clinical standards
* Managing rotas, workflows, and resources
* Ensuring an excellent patient journey from start to finish
* Driving performance, efficiency, and growth
You’ll bring proven management experience, ideally within healthcare, dental, or a similar environment, along with a calm, organised approach and the confidence to lead from the front. Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset will help you succeed in maintaining high standards and improving performance.
