A new and exciting opportunity has become available for an administrator to join our client's offices in Daventry. In this role, you will deliver professional client service to all stakeholders and will offer the highest standard of administration and client communication.
For the first 6 months, you will be office-based; however, the opportunity for hybrid working (50/50 office/home based) will be offered afterward.
Requirements
* Good analytical and strong organizational skills
* Strong and accurate numeracy skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Pragmatic approach and flexibility
* Strong administration background
* Awareness of different investment structures
* Experience with annual accounts and tax returns
* Understanding of FCA Regulatory framework
Responsibilities
* Updating client records and internal systems after investment completion
* Processing client paperwork for new investments
* Managing AML documentation for new clients and maintaining updated records
* Updating CRM system with client information and transactions related to investments
* Involvement in annual accounts and tax return processes, including reviewing paperwork and information for clients
* Communicating and liaising with third parties such as lawyers, investee companies, and SIPP providers
* Preparing payment sheets in Excel for client payments and notifying clients via email
