We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Consultant to join a leading Microsoft partner. This role is perfect for an experienced Dynamics/Power Platform professional who enjoys client-facing work, requirements gathering, and solution delivery. You will contribute to the design, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, while working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead workshops and discovery sessions with clients to gather requirements and define business processes.
2. Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions to meet client needs.
3. Support solution design in collaboration with architects and development teams.
4. Deliver proofs of concept, demonstrations, and presentations for clients and prospects.
5. Contribute to pre-sales activities, including tender responses and solution proposals.
6. Document functional and technical specifications for client projects.
7. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on best practices and adoption strategies.
8. Support data migration, integration, and early live support activities.
