Role Overview:
* Deliver engaging and inspiring Spanish lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
* Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student confidence and achievement.
* Work collaboratively with the MFL department and wider school team.
* Manage behaviour effectively to ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Specialism in Spanish; ability to teach French as a second language is desirable but not essential.
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Modern Foreign Languages.
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
* Enhanced DBS check registered on the update service (or willingness to apply).
