What will you do?
1. Work closely with the Franchise Owner to develop high-quality visiting and live-in care services around Bishop's Stortford, Harlow, and Epping.
2. Undertake client consultations, care assessments, care planning, and onboarding new clients.
3. Manage feedback and complaints, focusing on service improvement.
4. Participate in business growth by seeking new opportunities.
5. Develop relationships with stakeholders and expand networks.
6. Support recruitment, induction, and development of team members.
7. Ensure the safe operation of the branch and maintain CQC compliance.
Requirements
* Experience managing in health and social care.
* Knowledge of compliance and legislative care requirements.
* Ability to promote high standards of person-centred care.
* Positive, resilient, proactive attitude with a drive for development.
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with team motivation abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to business needs.
* Willingness to undertake a CQC DBS check for working with vulnerable adults.
* Valid UK driving license and access to a car.
