About the role: We are looking for a motivated and reliable Digital Operations Apprentice to join our team and support the day-to-day running of our office. This is a hands-on role that provides exposure to a wide range of operational and digital tasks, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in a professional environment. What does the role look like? First responder for all individuals coming into Ashurst’s Glasgow office. Ensure visitor passes are created using C-CURE, in line with building security procedures Manage the Operations inbox, actioning tickets as they come in and triaging or escalating where necessary Manage office stock levels and order where necessary. You’ll become an expert on 3E, which you will use to generate invoices Report maintenance issues and support the overall health and safety of the office Assist the Operations team by maintaining up-to-date records of fire wardens and first aiders, ensuring the health and safety portal is kept current Support with the bookings of desks via Kadence Book meeting rooms and events via Trimble Manage diary using MS Outlook and attend MS Teams calls regularly What qualities and skills should you have?
