Join OUTCO as a Regional Relationship Manager in the Southeast UK. This permanent role focuses on client satisfaction, service issue resolution, and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
* Monitor and deliver KPIs and customer satisfaction scores, ensuring client needs are met.
* Work closely with the Account Management and Sales teams to plan retention strategies across all accounts.
* Actively participate in the client retention programme across all service lines.
* Serve as the first point of contact for account escalations and problem resolution.
* Conduct client meetings and site visits, which may involve frequent travel across the UK.
* Advise clients on contract reviews and provide guidance on services.


About You

* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
* Proven sales experience, ideally securing large contracts within Facilities, Property Management, or related markets.
* Skilled at selling seasonal contracts within challenging budget environments.
* Experience managing diverse and demanding client portfolios with confidence dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
* Knowledgeable about property, facilities management, or public sector/NHS markets.
* Exceptional client relationship management skills, with a track record of building trust and responsiveness.
* Results‑driven with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing business.
* Competent in CRM systems, MS Office, and web‑based tools.
* Demonstrated success in improving service delivery and customer satisfaction.
