Are you a skilled Senior Structural Engineer looking for a new challenge in a well respected engineering consultancy?

Responsibilities
* Lead structural design and engineering across a diverse portfolio of projects, from complex multistorey developments to bespoke residential schemes.
* Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior and mid level engineers, fostering professional growth and excellence.
* Prepare and review detailed calculations, specifications, reports and structural drawings to high professional standards.
* Collaborate with architects, contractors and other consultants to deliver efficient, buildable and cost effective solutions.
* Ensure designs meet relevant codes, standards and client requirements, maintaining quality and compliance.
* Undertake site visits and offer construction support as required to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
* A degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
* Chartered status (IStructE/ICE) or working towards chartership.
* Proven experience leading structural design on complex building projects, ideally with exposure to both new build and refurbishment work.
* Proficiency with structural analysis and modelling software.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and lead project delivery.
* Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail and a proactive, solutions focused approach.
