The Job Will Include Database administration Answering telephone calls, routing calls and taking messages Preparing and typing correspondence, forms and reports Meeting and greeting visitors Scanning, filing & photocopying of documentation Arranging appointments and diary management Assisting and providing cover for other secretarial/administration staff as and when needed Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail General administration and secretarial duties Skills, Knowledge & Expertise An understanding and experience of working with databases.
