Job Description
* Job Title: Change Implementation Assistant – Business Delivery
* Salary: £39,825 - £42,047 (Depending on experience)
* Location: Leeds, Halifax
* Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week
* Working Pattern: Hybrid, involving at least two days per week at an office site
About this opportunity
An innovative Change Implementation Assistant who enables the success of colleagues in executing the General Insurance Customer Operation and adhering to LBG’s policies and procedures. Responsible for designing and executing business content and curriculum across various platforms, supporting onboarding and operational change initiatives. This role involves stakeholder management and governance to ensure compliance and relevancy of materials.
Key Accountabilities
* Design learning content for the General Insurance Customer Operations team to enhance the learner experience
* Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of learning products and curricula, including induction, upskilling, and rollout of new changes
* Report, manage risks, oversee governance, and evaluate training effectiveness
* Promote an inclusive, agile, and efficient culture
* Use data analysis to identify improvement opportunities
* Possess high technical knowledge of authoring tools, systems, and learning science principles
* Stay informed on learning innovations and best practices
