Overview
The post holder will support the Resource Technical Compliance and Systems Supervisor and the wider organisation with any change to a new system or systems as required. The post holder will work from various locations across the Trust, with the base of operations in Exeter and/or Bristol.
The GRS Technical Compliance and Systems Lead is a specialist within the Trust regarding the effective running of the chosen resourcing system, rota compliance and design, providing technical system support to all users. The post holder will aid the Resource Technical Compliance and Systems Supervisor in the management of system queries and developments relating to GRS or the chosen rostering software in place. They will support system security, including delegated responsibility for setting up, maintaining, and regularly reviewing appropriate and suitable user access rights. The post holder will assist with the design of new Trust rota patterns and working schedules ensuring contractual compliance and compliance with relevant legislation and policy. This will include complex flexible working arrangements, rotational roles, and acting as a Trust expert regarding Agenda for Change Working Hours, Unsocial Hours and fatigue calculations.

Responsibilities
* Support the Resource Technical Compliance and Systems Supervisor and wider organisation with any change to a new system or systems as required.
* Act as a specialist within the Trust regarding the effective running of the chosen resourcing system, rota compliance and design, providing technical system support to all users.
* Aid the Resource Technical Compliance and Systems Supervisor in the management of system queries and developments relating to GRS or the chosen rostering software in place.
* Support the Resource Technical Compliance and Systems Supervisor with system security, including delegated responsibility for setting up, maintaining, and regularly reviewing appropriate and suitable user access rights.
* Assist with design of new Trust rota patterns and working schedules ensuring contractual compliance, and compliance with relevant legislation and policy, including complex flexible working arrangements, rotational roles, and fatigue calculations as a Trust expert regarding Agenda for Change Working Hours and Unsocial Hours.
* Lead specialist in high-quality workforce data information and reporting to support workforce and vehicle utilisation and planning, monitoring and development of services.
* Ensure data is accurately recorded for contracted hours, bank hours, overtime hours and all absence hours.
