This entry-level position offers full training, support toward obtaining a Cert CII qualification, and a pathway to progress into an Account Handler role.As an Assistant Account Handler, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to the client's commercial insurance customers. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling policy administration, and collaborating with insurers to secure competitive terms for clients.Responsibilities:- Respond to client queries promptly and professionally, building strong relationships- Assist with policy preparation and renewals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness- Process new business, renewals, amendments, and cancellations efficiently- Liaise with insurers to negotiate competitive terms and resolve any issues- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company policies- Work closely with team members and mentor junior colleagues as neededRequirementsA recent graduate, or previous experience in administration/support roles, preferably within the insurance industryBasic knowledge of commercial insurance products and marketsProficiency in using insurance platforms or similar client management systems (desirable)Understanding of compliance responsibilities and ability to ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements (desirable)At KHR we take care to ensure that you are represented as well as possible so it is worth checking your CV for layout, spelling and grammar as well as making sure it is up to date before you submit.
