We are recruiting for Support Workers to support individuals in our Dumfries service to live independently in their own homes.

The people we support have faced many challenges due to mental health concerns, learning disabilities, and mobility issues, but this hasn’t stopped them from enjoying life! They enjoy activities like going out for lunch, picnics, art groups, swimming, baking, walks, jigsaws, and movies. They’re always up for trying new things, so we’re looking for inventive people to join our team of Healthcare Professionals.
Our support team works together to ensure the people we support are happy and safe in their own homes and receive care tailored to their individual needs. Support can include:
* Medication administration
* Cooking
* Personal care
* Maintaining homes and helping manage finances
Our team provides support 24 hours a day, so we are looking for flexibility to work various shifts, including some weekends and occasional waking nights. We are currently recruiting for a full-time (40 hours) post and bank roles.
