Our Customer Delivery Driver rate of pay starts from £13.35 an hour; this increases to £14.56 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you’d prefer fewer hours (minimum 12), we have opportunities for that too and would love to hear from you.
The table shows the preferred availability windows during the week. We will schedule your hours within these times and give you 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. As the face of Tesco on the road, we deliver from Lands’ End to John O’Groats. Our Delivery Drivers meet and talk to customers in their homes daily. This role is about more than just driving: it’s about helping others and delivering great service with a smile.
It’s hands-on, physical, and varied. No two shifts are the same, and customers seek help in many ways. Most of the day, you’ll be your own boss, delivering to customers, with support from managers and colleagues back at base.

Again, pay starts at £13.35/hour, increasing to £14.56 inside the M25, with additional location-based payments possible.

Requirements:
* A valid UK/EU/EEA driving license (full or automatic) held for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
* Build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
* Be energetic, adaptable, and proactive in responding to customer needs.
