A leading NI organisation is seeking an HR Assistant to join their team in a varied, hands-on role. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR Assistant to join a well-established, global business where you'll gain exposure across all areas of HR while contributing to a collaborative, people-focused environment. The successful HR Assistant will benefit from broad responsibility, strong development opportunities, and the chance to make a real impact within a fast-paced operational setting. The role As HR Assistant, you'll act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR-related matters. Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll provide proactive support across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration in a busy environment. The main responsibilities Act as an HR contact for managers and employees, providing day-to-day support. Support employee relations matters including attendance, disciplinary, and grievance processes. Assist with recruitment, interview coordination, and onboarding activities. Coordinate inductions and ensure a positive new starter experience. Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems. Support payroll administration and timekeeping processes. Coordinate training schedules and track development activity. Assist with performance review cycles for weekly-paid employees. Analyse HR metrics such as absence, turnover, and engagement data. Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects. Prepare HR reports and provide general administrative support. Contribute to health & safety and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate CIPD qualification, or degree in HR, or related discipline. Experience in an HR Assistant or HR support role. Experience in Microsoft Office and HR systems. Adaptable and willing to travel between sites. What's on offer?
