You’ll sit at the heart of the consultancy’s transmission business, responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams, shaping programme strategy, and expanding client relationships across the UK. Working closely with the Board, you’ll have a voice in the future of the business while also ensuring robust project execution.
đź’Ľ Key Responsibilities
* Lead the successful delivery of large-scale transmission programmes under NEC4
* Act as strategic lead for key client accounts, ensuring quality, profitability, and repeat business
* Mentor and manage a growing PM team, driving performance and consistency
* Support and lead on new business opportunities, frameworks, and tenders
* Provide commercial and contractual oversight across the full project lifecycle
âś… What We're Looking For
* Proven experience at Director or Senior Associate level within a construction consultancy
* Strong background delivering complex infrastructure or transmission projects
* Deep knowledge of NEC4 contract administration and programme strategy
* Track record of team leadership, client development, and commercial growth
* Chartered status (e.g. MRICS, MAPM, MICE) preferred
