A new long-term contract has just landed for an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to support and enhance a live Oracle Fusion environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of BAU, optimisation, and hands-on configuration across HCM and Recruiting (ORC) modules.

Role Overview Youll work across Core HR, Talent, and ORC modules, supporting day-to-day operations while delivering improvements and enhancements within a live production environment.

Talent Modules Learning: courses, offerings, enrolments
Performance: goals, checkpoints, review periods
Platform & Delivery Experience Hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM (mandatory)
End-to-end implementations / Path to Live
Experience working in BAU support environments
Quarterly Release familiarity
Exposure to Redwood UI
Working directly with Oracle Support (SRs, issue analysis, error investigation)
What We're Looking For Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional or Techno-Functional Consultant
Strong ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud) experience is highly desirable
Comfortable working across change and BAU support
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to own issues through to resolution
