In just three years, post start-up, already on plan to generate £6m annual sales in 2025, this founder-led healthy drinks business is seeking a talented sales manager, the first in the company, passionate about acquiring new business. The product range includes innovative branded soft drinks aligned with current lifestyle trends, particularly the ‘on the go’ beverage market, which is a multi-billion pound industry in the UK.
The company, a challenger brand with a 10-strong team, offers limitless growth potential. It aims to expand its presence in grocery and high street retail channels, while online and D2C sales continue to grow rapidly.
You will be a proactive hunter, eager to develop new business across the UK, engaging with clients like Booths, Tesco, Boots, Holland & Barrett, Wholefoods, and more. A background in FMCG sales, particularly in grocery retail and high street channels, is essential. You should have a track record of success in sales, ownership, and empowerment, with a positive attitude and determination to achieve results. Knowledge of the soft drinks category is a plus.
