HR Systems Administrator (12 Month FTC)
Salary:£28,800 - £38,000 DOE
Location: Preference is Manchester but can also facilitate Warrington and Derby – Hybrid working flexibility

We are now recruiting for the role ofHR Systems Administratorto join our HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the smooth running of our HCM systems and contribute to a high-performing, inclusive team.
The Role
As HR Systems Administrator, you’ll provide essential administrative support within the HCM Systems team, ensuring a seamless service to users across the business. You’ll be responsible for:
* Entering and maintaining accurate data
* Generating system reports and dashboards
* Responding to first-line queries from stakeholders and end users
* Maintaining contingent worker data and position structures
* Supporting bulk data uploads and validation
* Documenting system procedures and updating user guides
* Collaborating with HR and business teams to improve system functionality
This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with:
* Experience working with HR systems (e.g. Workday, SAP, Oracle)
* Strong data accuracy and reporting skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Ability to work independently and escalate issues appropriately
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
