Part Time Veterinary Surgeon
Delaware Veterinary Group, Yeovil
Up to £74,000 FTE depending on experience and up to £5,000 in relocation support, plus benefits
Ignite your passion for excellence in veterinary care at Delaware!
We are looking for a part-time small animal vet to join our team. We divide our work equally amongst the team with both consultations and surgical caseload, playing to the strengths of each of our vets.
This 28-hour position is currently worked over 4 days of 7-hour shifts but the exact number of hours, shift lengths and days worked can be flexible. We are open between 8.30am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays 8.30am to 1pm. Saturdays are worked on a 1:3 basis. We work in partnership with VetsNow to continue our care outside these hours so there is no out-of-hours work. We do supervise our own low input inpatients overnight and at weekends if required.
Rota patterns that work for you
Our people are at the heart of everything that we do, that’s why we know that work-life balance is vital in supporting our people to be their best selves. Our flexible approach to rota patterns and working hours offers a balance that truly flexes with you and your lifestyle no matter what stage you are in your career.
