Erewash Health Partnership are looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Operations Manager for our North Hub.
The post holder will work with the practices to facilitate closer working and to ensure the smooth running of new and existing services, as well as monitoring and helping to achieve delivery of key performance targets.
The postholder will work to support services, provided to North Erewash Practices:
* Littlewick Medical Centre
* Old Station Surgery
* West Hallam Medical Centre
* South Street Surgery
* Gladstone House Surgery
The post-holder must have excellent communication skills and able to develop trusted relationships with our practices to ensure we continue to deliver the best standards of care to patients.

Main duties of the job
Thekey requirements of the role will be to work with the practices to help achieve closer working as well as ensuring thesmooth running of services, monitoring and achieving delivery of keyperformance targets.
Thepostholder will have responsibility for ensuring PCN-wide clinical services aredelivered such as the On Day Service, Mental Health Services, First ContactPractitioner and Enhanced/Extended Access Hours.
Thepost holder will line manage administrative and clinical staff who are involvedin the scheduling clinics and delivering the services.
Thepostholder will be responsible for responding to any complaints submitted.

About us
ErewashHealth Partnership (EHP) was established on 1 April 2018 and is a single GPPartnership comprising of seven constituent practices. EHP employs approximately 240 people who workwithin the constituent practices and central team, supporting services delivered across Erewash Primary Care Network, a PCN of 11 practices serving over 100,000 patients.
Location: Primarily Littlewick Medical Centre, although the post holder may be required to work at any establishment at any time throughout the duration of their employment, normally within the location of north Erewash.
Job responsibilities
General Duties
* Providing supportto the North GP Practices to ensure they can easily refer to services.
* Overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of our North PCN Services.
* Identify anyoperational problems occurring in services and highlight them to the Chief Operating Officer with a suggestion for resolution where appropriate
* To be the lead delivery manager on agreedservices, creating and supporting the development and reviewing of plans to improve services and create new services.
* Ensurethat administrative systems and processes are in place to best support membersto deliver services to an excellent standard
* Developand communicate process changes in services to both clinical and administrativestaff.
* Leading change andcontinuous improvement, co‑ordinate within the practices to deliver the EHPvision.
* Manageand monitor changes to administrative systems and communicate where thesechanges may affect services.
* Identifyany operational problems occurring in services, create solutions and resolvethe issues.
Communication
* Developcommunication strategies to promote key services to both internal and externalstakeholders.
* Communicate any changes to existing services to the relevantstakeholders.
* Communicate with the Chief Operating Officer and Practice Managers regularly with updates, demand and capacity ofservices.
Trainingand Development
* Ensuring all staff members involved receive adequate training tosupport them in their role i.e. SystmOne training.
* Sharing learning from previous incidents with clinical andnon‑clinical staff.
At all times the post holder is to behave in a professional way that encourages quality care, the development of a team spirit and fosters continual improvement across the PCN.

* Experience of workforce planning, forecasting and development.
* Ability to work under pressure and to make decisions.
* Experience of using SystmOne.
* Managing clinical and staff rotas
