This client-facing role will drive efficiency, automation, compliance, and continuous improvement across digital services, while supporting cloud accounting migrations and client onboarding projects. Key Duties Deliver cloud accounting migrations to Xero and QuickBooks Online. Manage client onboarding and process improvement projects. Implement automation and digital solutions to enhance efficiency. Support and mentor team members. Maintain high standards of data quality, compliance, and documentation. Work with stakeholders to scope, deliver, and review digital projects. Requirements Minimum of 5 years' experience with Xero and QuickBooks Online. Proven project management and client-facing experience. Strong knowledge of cloud accounting, system migrations, and automation. Relevant certifications desirable. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Advanced Excel skills preferred. Professional services experience preferred.
